The Discovery Call

A first conversation, not a sales pitch.

The Discovery Call is a free 15 to 30 minute call with Jamie. It exists to work out fit, not to sell.

You can ask about:

  • Whether Neuro Support fits your situation
  • The Neuro Agent install
  • Ongoing Neuro Support
  • Support Sessions
  • Individualised Funding
  • Privacy and workspace access
  • Whether a family member, coordinator, or referrer should be involved

You do not need to prepare a polished story. "I can't keep holding all of this" is enough.

Before, during, after

How the call works.

Before

Nothing is required. You do not need to prepare an explanation, or to know what you want yet.

During

  • You describe what is hard right now, in whatever words you have.
  • Jamie listens, asks questions, and explains how Neuro Support works.
  • You work out together whether the install, a Support Session, or something else fits best.

After

  • If it is a yes for the install, Jamie adds you to the waitlist.
  • If it is a yes for a Support Session, Jamie books you in.
  • If it is a no, you leave with more clarity than you came in with.
  • If it is a maybe, take your time. Email any time.

Email and form

Send a message directly.

Email is the best way to reach Jamie outside a booked call. Replies usually come within two business days.

Working on behalf of someone

Funders, NASCs, support coordinators, and family members are welcome. Common reasons people get in touch:

  • Working out whether Neuro Support fits a client's IF plan.
  • Asking about invoicing, scope, or host arrangements.
  • Joining or observing a Discovery Call with a client.
  • Asking about safeguarding, scope of practice, or referral.

A short note on privacy

Anything you share on the Discovery Call, by email, or through the form is held confidentially. Jamie does not share it without your consent, except where the law requires.

Discovery Calls are not recorded. The install interview is transcribed via voice-to-text with your consent, used to set up your Support Agent, and the transcript is shared back with you. The audio itself is not kept.
