Status The Neuro Agent install is in development. Steps 3 to 5 describe the process when it opens. The Discovery Call and the decision are open today; the decision currently ends in joining the waitlist.

01

A free first conversation.

You book a Discovery Call. Free, 15 to 30 minutes, online or phone.

It is for working out fit, not for selling. Sometimes Neuro Support is not the right tool. If it is not, Jamie will say so and point you somewhere useful.

You do not need to prepare anything. "I can't keep holding all of this" is enough.

By the end, you'll know:

  • What Neuro Support actually is, in plain language.
  • Whether the install is a useful next step for you.
  • Whether you run it on your own, or with the people who help you.
  • What it costs, and how funding works if you are using IF.
  • What the install day looks like.
02

Take your time.

No commit-now pressure on the call. Sit with it, talk it over, then decide.

Three common decisions at this point:

  • Yes, install. The install is in development. The waitlist holds your place, and Jamie will be in touch when it opens.
  • Not now, but maybe later. Some people need a few weeks, or a funding application to settle. Join the waitlist when you are closer.
  • Start with a Support Session. NZ$80 for an hour, online or in person in Christchurch. Available today. No install, no commitment.
03

An interview-led install with Jamie.

The install sets up your agent inside a private workspace and configures your phone around it. A 90-minute live session anchors it.

Before: you will have a Notion account ready. Jamie's checklist walks you through it, so the 90 minutes is not spent on admin.

  • The interview

    45 min

Jamie learns how you actually live and work. What helps, what does not, what your agent should know to be useful from day one. This is where Agent Memory begins.

  • Agent and phone setup

    30 min

Jamie configures your agent, seeds Agent Memory from the interview, and sets your phone up. On eligible iPhones the Action Button becomes one-press capture. Sensory-friendly settings tuned.

  • Handoff

    15 min

How to capture. How to ask for Help. What to expect in the first week.

After: you leave with a working agent that knows your context from day one. Not a list of apps to learn.

04

Capture as life happens.

The system is built to absorb messy. You do not have to know where something belongs, or be in the right mood.

Capture by voice or text and the thought is out of your head. Your agent processes it. Tasks become tasks. Notes become notes. Private things stay in Home, where Jamie does not see them.

The first two weeks are usually the biggest change. People often describe it as "I forgot how much I was holding."

You do not need to use it perfectly. A capture a day is enough. The system improves the more you give it.

05

The aim is for you to run it yourself.

Neuro Support is the ongoing layer, and its job is to make itself optional.

Jamie keeps the system sound while you get comfortable running your own Neuro Agent, so that managing it without him becomes something you can do. How much you involve him is your call, and it can shift month to month. Some people want a steady hand on the system. Others take the wheel quickly and keep Jamie in reserve for the odd thing.

What Jamie handles while you find your feet:

  • Help built into your workspace, so most questions get answered instantly.
  • Your Notion workspace plan covered while you are on the service.
  • Upkeep and maintenance, so the system stays sound as you learn it.
  • Updates as Notion and Claude evolve, so your setup stays current.

Then, whenever you are ready, you can stop. Your Neuro Agent is yours to keep and run. You cover the running costs directly, your Notion plan and AI usage, and carry on without Jamie attached. That is the goal, not the fallback.

What it is not: not 24/7 access to Jamie, not therapy, not a coaching programme.

What your Agent does

Once it knows you, it works in the background.

Ready before you are

A Morning Brief, waiting when you wake

Overnight, the system gets your day ready. Open it in the morning and the brief is there: what is on today, what is next, where to start. You open it when you are ready. It does not chase you.

Real-world reminders

Your phone, nudged at the moment

Appointments, medication, leaving the house. Anything with a real-world time becomes a calendar or reminder alert on your phone. The Agent sets it, and your phone tells you when it matters, instead of a list you have to remember to check.

It acts

Does the task, not just the advice

Drafts the email so you just send it. Plans the budget. Fills in the form. The practical jobs a good support worker handles, done with your whole situation already in mind.

Your spaces

You decide what is shared

Home is yours alone. Neuro Support is the one page Jamie sees. Team is an optional shared space for the people in your corner. You choose who comes in and what they see.

The full breakdown lives on the Neuro Agent page.

All of it runs on what you have given it to hold:

  • Tasks and reminders
  • Appointments and prep notes
  • Routines
  • Goals
  • Plans
  • Support requests
  • Useful personal context
  • Decisions
  • Sensory and communication preferences
  • Things to share with Jamie
  • Things to keep private in Home

The structure is there to reduce load, not to build a perfect database. You do not need to fill every slot. The system holds what you give it.

Frequently asked

Common questions.

If you are in crisis

Neuro Support is not a crisis service. If you are in crisis right now, call or text 1737 (free, 24/7, anywhere in Aotearoa). Lifeline: 0800 543 354. The system is built to reduce load, not to replace clinical care.

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. Neuro Support is for neurodivergent adults who recognise themselves in the load. Diagnosed, self-identified, waiting for assessment, or still working out the language. The system does not ask. The work is the same.

Do I need an iPhone?

No. The system works on any device through Notion. If you have a recent iPhone, the Action Button adds one-press capture as part of the install. Modern Android (2020+) works too. Talk to Jamie about your phone on the Discovery Call.

Do I need to know Notion?

No. The workspace is set up for you. You do not need to learn the tool to use the system. Most clients learn what they need through using it.

Can I use Individualised Funding?

Yes. Neuro Support works with several IF hosts, including Manawanui. The install and the ongoing service are priced and structured to fit IF parameters. Funders, NASCs, and support coordinators are welcome to email Jamie directly.

What if I stop?

You can stop the ongoing monthly service any time, and being able to is the point. Your Neuro Agent and workspace are yours. You carry on running it yourself, covering the running costs directly (your Notion plan and AI usage). The Support Agent prompt is yours to keep too. Nothing locks you in.

Can family or a support team be involved?

Yes, and for some people that is the point. You can build the system together with the people in your corner, and the agent learns how they help, not just how you work. Either way it stays your system: you decide who comes in, what they see, and Home stays private.

What does it cost?

Available now: the Discovery Call is free; a Support Session is NZ$80 for 60 minutes. In development, indicative and confirmed before any paid work: the Neuro Agent install is NZ$999 one-off, and ongoing Neuro Support is approximately NZ$500 a month. The install is one-off; the ongoing service has no annual commitment.

How fast can I get started?

Discovery Calls and Support Sessions are usually available within a week. The install is in development. Joining the waitlist holds your place. If you have a deadline, a job start, a course, a transition, tell Jamie on the Discovery Call.
